Entry points
Besides flying in, one can also enter Bhutan by road. The southern frontier town of Phuentsholing is about 4 hours drive from the Indian airport town of Bagdogra in the Indian state of West Bengal. Phuentsholing is also within close proximity to the Indian towns of Darjeeling and Gangtok ( Sikkim).
Phuentsholing is 6 hours drive from Thimphu, the capital.
